State Route 189 (SR 189) is a highway that runs north-to-south through portions of Dade county in northwestern Georgia. The route runs from its northern terminus at its connection with SR 148 across the Tennessee state line near Lookout Mountain to its southern terminus at SR 136 southeast of Trenton.

The route is co-signed with SR 157 for 4.6 miles (7.4 km) from the Tennessee state line. It runs parallel to I-59 for all of its length.
