GA 74

State Route 74 (SR 74) is a state highway that runs southeast-to-northwest through portions of Bibb, Monroe, Upson, Pike, Meriwether, Coweta, Fayette, and Fulton counties in central Georgia. The route runs from its southeastern terminus at I-75/SR 401 in Macon to its northwestern terminus at US 29 and SR 14, just southwest of Historic Downtown Fairburn.

The route initially runs west from its southeastern terminus in Macon in Bibb County, and crosses I-475 before heading through the southern portion of Monroe County to Thomaston in Upson County. SR 74 turns northwest, cuts through the southwestern corner of Pike County, and heads west into Woodbury in Meriwether County, where it intersects with SR 85 and stays co-signed with SR 85 until just south of Peachtree City.

From Woodbury, the route turns north and runs through Gay, Georgia and through the Coweta County municipalities of Haralson and Senoia, before splitting from SR 85, becoming a four-lane highway, and heading into Peachtree City in Fayette County. Continuing north through Tyrone, the route reaches its northwestern terminus in Fairburn shortly after crossing I-85
