State Route 200 (SR-200) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Utah. Running for 1.6 miles (2.6 km), the highway serves as a portion of a connection between the northern Utah town of Lewiston and the southern Idaho town of Preston. Running from SR-61 in Lewiston, the highway continues on as State Street past the state line.

Beginning west of the city center, SR-200 runs north on 800 West on Lewiston's grid. From then on, the route runs due north with one lane in each direction through rural terrain. Past the border into Idaho, the road continues to Preston to eventually connect to US-91.
