OH 750

State Route 750 (SR 750, OH 750) is an east–west state highway located in central Ohio, a U.S. state. The western terminus of the state highway is at a signalized intersection with State Route 257 nearly 2.5 miles (4.0 km) west of Powell, just outside of the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. The eastern terminus of State Route 750 is at Exit 121 off of Interstate 71 in the far northern reaches of the city of Columbus.

The entirety of State Route 750 exists within southwestern Delaware County. The highway is not a part of the National Highway System, a network of highways deemed most important for the country's economy, mobility and defense.

State Route 750 was established in 1937. Originally, the highway ran from State Route 257 to its junction with State Route 315. In 1997, State Route 750 was extended eastward from State Route 315, crossing the Olentangy River and U.S. Route 23 via Powell Road, then following Polaris Parkway around to a new eastern terminus at Exit 121 off of Interstate 71 in the far northern end of Columbus.

With a planned expansion of the Columbus Zoo in the works, State Route 750's westernmost portion was re-routed to the south in 2007 onto an all new alignment that brought its western terminus in line with the intersection of State Route 257 and County Road 126.

The entire route is in Delaware County.
