Pennsylvania Route 419 (PA 419) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The route runs from U.S. Route 322 in West Cornwall Township, Lebanon County north to Pennsylvania Route 183 in Bethel Township, Berks County.

PA 419 heads east from US 322 on Main Street. It passes through the village of Quentin, where it intersects Pennsylvania Route 72. It heads east through the borough of Cornwall and South Lebanon Township on Schaeffer Road before entering Heidelberg Township, where it passes through the village of Schaefferstown. In Schaefferstown, PA 419 merges onto Pennsylvania Route 897 (Main Street). Pennsylvania Route 501 also joins the two roads for a brief time. PA 419 eventually splits from PA 897 by heading north on Market Street.

PA 419 continues northeast and enters Millcreek Township, where it is known as Main Street. In Lebanon County, PA 419 is known as the Lebanon Cornwall Scenic Byway, a Pennsylvania Scenic Byway. It then enters Berks County, where it is called Newmanstown Road in Heidelberg Township before entering the borough of Womelsdorf where it passes through town on South Second Street, then a brief left on West High Street, and then north on North Third Street. Just north of Womelsdorf, PA 419 intersects U.S. Route 422, and the name changes to Rehersburg Road.

Rehersburg Road carries PA 419 north through Marion Township and into Tulpehocken Township. Near Rehrersburg, PA 419 switches onto Four Point Road. It continues into Bethel Township, where it features an interchanges with Interstate 78/U.S. Route 22 near the village of Bethel and it continues into the Blue Mountain range, where it ends at Pennsylvania Route 183.
