South Carolina Highway 7 (abbreviated SC 7) is a major state highway in the U.S. state of South Carolina. The route runs 5.85 mi (9.4 km) from Johns Isl. to N. Charleston.

It begins at US 17 in Johns Isl. near Charleston and then it ends to US 52 in N. Charleston, and it is 5.85 miles. Generally the route intersects with I-26, I-526 and SC 171.
