Wyoming Highway 377 is a fairly short 1.96-mile (3.2 km) Wyoming state road in central Sweetwater County that serves the community of Point of Rocks and the Jim Bridger Power Plant.

Wyoming Highway 377 begins its western end at exit 130 of Interstate 80/US 30 in Point of Rocks, a Census-designated place located east of Rock Springs. WYO 377 travels eastward along the north side of Interstate 80/US Route 30, which it parallels. At just under 2 miles, Highway 377 ends, as state maintenance ends, however the roadway will continue north, as 9 Mile Road, providing access to and from the Jim Bridger Power Station. The Jim Bridger Power Station is a 2,110 megawatt facility owned by PacifiCorp is one of the largest coal-fired electric power generation facilities in the western United States.

Highway 377 is the former alignment of US 30 (Lincoln Highway) through this area and parallels Interstate 80 which carries the present day routing of US 30.

The entire route is in Sweetwater County.
