Interstate 140 (I-140) is a spur route of I-40 near Knoxville, Tennessee, that forms part of the Pellissippi Parkway.

The highway runs east from Dutchtown Road north of I-40 near Farragut to U.S. Route 129 in Tennessee (US-129), near McGhee Tyson Airport. It intersects with US-11 and US-70 near its western terminus. It becomes State Route 162 (SR-162) at both termini.

A 4.4-mile (7.1 km) extension (of US-129 has been completed to SR-33 (Old Knoxville Highway) between Maryville, Tennessee and Alcoa, Tennessee.

Plans call to extend the highway further east to US-321 in between Maryville and Walland in Blount County, Tennessee. also it has been said that there are plans to extend Interstate 140 north-west to Oak Ridge but is still undecided.
